Does the original 95 min version exist on DVD or even VHS?

I am looking everywhere for the 95 min of the film. It might be on a bootleg copy of the film. I wrote the title down and it will be the first film I will look for next year at Monstermania in March. Sometimes the vendors sell the bootleg copy of the film. Keep you posted.
