Sarah's screaming
I didn´t get the part where Sarah screams, I mean, she is mute right? How could she scream?

No, Sarah isn't mute. She chooses not to speak. Some deaf people never learn to speak. Some speak but have a hard time controlling the volume of their voice. Some deaf people can speak but don't for whatever reason.
