The thing I most remember from this movie is the subplot with Fred's character needing to get around the block or something. It's been a while, but I seem to remember him dressed in army fatigues with a big wheel on a misson to get past dogs and other obstacles. Someone really needs to Youtube this!!!

Fred savage's bit in the movie is one of the bits i remember most. I think its one of the best bits.

If I remember correctly, he rides around in his big wheel with the help of his dog. Then when confronted by the bullies, he aims a water gun at them and they mock him and say "Ooooh whatcha got in there, water??" ;-)

Of course, they don't address what happened after. It's not like the bullies would leave him alone after he rode around the block. If anything, they'd be super-pissed, be even more vigilant and tyrannical, and probably vow to get revenge. I wonder if Fred Savage ever rode around the block ever again.
