Who was Mary Woronov in this...?

I hope this post doesn't seem silly, but I thought I knew this film relatively well...and yet, I have no recall of B-movie/cult queen Mary Woronov being in it whatsoever.

Her name appears rather profoundly in the opening credits, and the IMDb clearly lists her as having played a character named Shelley. However, I just browsed through the film again trying to find her, and I still can't seem to.

Does anyone here recall what chapter she was in? Was her character related to the Manhattan murder chapter? The Dennis Hopper/Diane Ladd chapter? The Seattle/Nicol Williamson chapter? The Hawaii chapter? Or was she a supporting character in the Debra Winger Justice Dept. realm?

I'm sure I could continue scanning the film and eventually find her, but if anyone here could direct me thusly, I'd be most grateful. :)
