I once owned a version of Babes in Toyland [I'm not sure if it was store bought or recorded] of babes in toyland but cannot find it on IMDB. Here is whar I remember about it:
There were two sisters and the older one worked at a toy store. The younger one really wanted a sled for christmas. The older sister gets it for her and brings it home. The younger sister and trys it out and ends up hitting a tree or something and from there the toyland 'dream' ensues. I dont remember much else, unfortunately, and what I do is extremely vague. For some reason I keep remembering birds that were like spys or something for the bad person, which I think was a female. If anyone knows anything about this version- I'd appreciate the help!

The is the version with Drew Barrymore. It's not on DVD but you can get it at amazon.com and ebay. I have the store bought version but I'm looking for the original TV version that was a lot long.

I had no idea this was a made for TV movie and not released in theatres... who knew!!

I doubt my local Blockbuster carries it then... oh well!!

I have been looking for the full version forever! Seriously, it was a staple of my childhood and I've been actually greiving that I can't show it in its entirety to my daughter since my sister lost our copy several years ago. If you would be willing to make a copy for me, I would be willing to provide financial compensation. It would mean the world to me.
