Had the biggest crush on her when I was young, and this was the movie where I first took notice of her. Is there anyone else here who also become a fan after watching her in this film, which was made before she played the adorable tomboy 'Watts' in Some Kind of Wonderful (the role that most fans usually remember her for)?

As it was in the beginning,

Yes I remember her as Watts in Some Kind of Wonderful. She was also adorable as Idgy Threadgoode in Fried Green Tomatoes.

honestly, i saw some kind of wonderful a year or two before i ever saw this movie, even tho they're not that far apart. but yeah, i thought she was totally hot as watts...but not so much in at close range.
