He's not very big muscle wise...you can get much larger muscles just by lifting the weights that aren't chromed!

He was definitely juiced here, as in near later movies he appeared to get off the gear once he realized he was dooming himself.

Just heard Madonna's Live to Tell (which I never hear on the radio). This led me to think of this movie, which I haven't seen in years. Then I looked up the movie, the true story it's based on and read a quote from the director. Sean fought for Foley to get the directing job and he started lifting heavy weights and eating more food than usual.
