WHY WHY WHY this is one of the best animated movies ever it should be at least an 8.2.

The rating isn't too bad as 6.7 still indicate a decent movie, but I'd like for it to be higher.

These threads questioning the ratings are always dubious. 6.7 seems too high to me but whatever. I think I heard that the average rating at imdb is ~6.5 (??) so that rating indicates slightly above average.
Does not surprise me that the consensus would land there.
It's really not that great a movie. Just okay.
Nicely put, Clyburn. This movie is alright, it has some nice songs and doesn't try to talk down to its audience, and has great animation for its time, but character-wise, it has trouble (there's too many of them, and not enough time to flesh them out).
I think a 6.5 or so would suit this film well, along with the sequel (which I actually like better than the original, but that's just my humble opinion).
Your right I gave this a 9 out of 10.
This is my best kids film from back in the day alone with Land Before Time.
Fievel Goes West was all right to think I gave it a 6 out of 10.
