I really liked these shows growing up. And would like to have them to re-watch and to have them for my children.
I checked Amazon and they are selling them for a crazy amount ($100); Is there a good place to find and buy these episodes?

Your local thrift shop probably has 100 VHS copies of McGee & me for about a few cents each, depending where you find them.

I bought mine on Amazon and I think I only paid like $5 for each DVD (there are 4 or 5)
shareAmazon and Ebay have used copies for sale. Also, check your local thrift shops as another poster said. I found and bought 3 McGee and Me tapes at my local Goodwill two years ago. Yard sales and flea markets are other good places to check.
