The only thing I'd disagree on is Anne Hathaway as Joan. I like Anne H., but I don't know if she's right for Joan.
I'd have to think about the Joan character a little more.
she might be a bit too young, but Aubrey Plaza plays a great b!tch, and delivers the best deadpan out there.
