I don't understand, why didnt she just order the books from Amazon....would have been much easier, quicker and cheaper.

Just a quirk. She preferred to only buy her eBooks at Amazon.

It would be funny if Hanff did an updated version today using e-mails and getting her e-books immediately from Marks & Co's website.
