Hahahaha, I can relate to the OP for sure. It was great to hear them talk about movies that were new releases that are now classics, you could tell how much they loved movies. But hearing the absolute disdain and loathing in their voice when they were forced to watch a really dreadful movie was the best. I've laughed out loud so many times.

For those in that category, I agree with the OP in all of them, but want to add thre more: Mixed Nuts (towards the end Ebert proposes they just stop talking about it because its so bad, only to be persuaded by Siskel to keep going in order to prevent people from seeing it), The Good Son (towards the end, the two are discussing whether or not the movie was goodfor kids, Ebert concludes it is not, and the clip ends with Siskel's voice over the fade-out screen stating "It's not o.k. for ANYONE!"), and The Postman (which Siskel hilariously referred to as "Dances with Myself" to mock Kevin Costner).

-Hey yo, listen here, Bey. You come at the King, you best not miss.
