Does the Walmart set include the bonus features?

I'm tempted to buy the Walmart set, but does it include all of the same bonus features from the older Shout! Factory set?

I kind of want to buy the set, if only to get the S3 episodes that Kid Rhino never got around to releasing. I mean, 20 bucks for 20 episodes doesn't seem that bad.
