Whats happened to the Boswells

I watched this as a kid when it came out first time, and am seeing episodes on GOLD at the moment, when I can, by this stage, Graham Bickley has taken over from Peter Howitt, and Melanie Hill is now Avaline.

What I wondered was what happened to all of them by the end?
Adrian, Joey, Billy and Avaline?

I saw a bit of the final episode a few years ago when BBC repeated it, but it was literally the final scene with Joey and Nellie.

Also what happened to their Dad and Grandad?

Hi Tfrrrsss,
Not much happend to all of them really, Adrian got married to Ireene (though it was'nt seen on screen - bar the actual hotel in Gretna Green), Joey married Roxy (again not seen on screen) and again in Gretna Green. Billy was still dating Connie and Leonra was expecting a baby by Jack. I'd of hoped that Jack did marry Leonara

Aveline had a threatend miscarage of her 2nd baby and no-one ever will know if Aveline had her 2nd baby. I don't know what happend to Grandad and Dad never returned. I think this more or less some's up everyne, I hope this help's.

Though i'd doubt personaly that Adrian or Joey's marrage's would of lasted based on the quickness of Adrian's wedding and Joey's daliancing with Roxy through the year's.
