I was given a copy of this after my junior school teacher mentioned it. It is hardback and I still have it to this day, the 'nuclear blast' pages are pure white. I remember taking it into school to impress my teacher, who then showed the whole class. Trying to find the animation now, I haven't seen that yet.

It seems the DVD is only available in regional code 2 yet. So you might order it from the UK or Germany (german version features english dub, but check FIRST if your DVD-Player is able to play rc2!
