Where do I get this?

I rented this on VHS years ago. I liked it so much that
now I have remembered it and I feel that I must see it again!
Problem is, the video store no longer has the VHS tape and
I cannot find it on Netflix. Anyone know where this can be
located?

The DVD is avaiable on Amazon, Play etc.

Such a powerful film - utterly dispairing and bleak, but essential viewing.
