In one scene she says, "I'll probably never get laid anyway", but in the earlier scene, her scumbag boyfriend is about to do her and she's not in the mood. One of her friends says Frankie gets cranky if she's not getting any while that boyfriend is in prison. Hmmm....

You never see Frankie and Nick actually have intercourse. It looks as if he was going down on her. Maybe " she isn't getting any" meant that. She may have still been a virgin before she was with Morgan.

Also, she tells nick, we don't do it till I say it's ok. That leads me to believe they have not had intercourse. I agree she is a virgin until Morgan.

In real life, no way can she be a virgin. But in movieland, it's possible. Like in movieland even the ugly girls are played by pretty women. It's a movie from the 80's when girls (no matter how street smart or tough) had to still be virgins. It's one of those movieland cliches.

It wouldn't suit Frankie's tough girl image if people knew she was a virgin.
I think she never gives it up entirely to Nick because it's obvious she doesn't love him.
Sometimes a movie or tv show plot is so stupid that only the stupid can understand it.
