What make of boat is the Barnacle?
I have always loved the boat from thsi movie...anyone know what it is?
shareIt's basically a modern fiberglass boat in the low-30 foot range, with the wooden gunwales, rat lines, and crow's nest added to make her look more "piratey." By the hull shape, my guess would be a Pearson, probably built sometime in the late '60s/early '70s. She has a roller reefing boom, which were popular on Pearsons of that era.
