Unfortunately, Hollywood will think it would be better with Seth Rogen and another dull actor, so the remake will be less funnier than the original, again.
share*beep* a remake. This movie is purely an 80s comedy. It cannot work as a remake now.
however, if you want a reimagining, you might do it. just make it something new, not a scene for scene rehash.
