the part at the end when Arnold kept asking COnnie about her old neighbor who had chickens or whatever was creepy, first he said "do you know about that old lady down the street with the chickens and stuff? then Connie said "she's dead" then he said "oh you know her? then Connie said "she's dead she's not here anymore" that part was a bit creepy, what was that all about with him asking Connie about her old neighbor? that was really weird.

That was a weird part. I'm guessing he was showing her that he knew all about her neighborhood. Plus, the fact that the woman is dead might be a veiled threat.
