One of my favorites isn't even a quote. It's the look Scott Glenn gives Danny Glover when Glover is "shooting" at him in the bandits hideout! I crack up every time I see that!

Most of my favorites have been mentioned already, but there is a one word line I really like too:

I like that part too, I've watched it so much that if you go back and look at the smoke that comes out of his guns when he shoots you can tell he is aiming down too low to even hit the guys lol movie mistake but no biggie
