I changed my mind *Spoilers*

S&S 1995 is still my favorite out of all the adaptations, but I have to say that the 1981 version is the most faithful to the book in my honest opinion. At first, I didn't much care for this version, but after re-watching it a couple of times, I realized that it's actually pretty good and pretty faithful. The only things I didn't like were the ending with Colonel Brandon and Marianne. I felt it ended too abruptly. We know they're going to end up together, I just think there could have been more to it.

Oh, and I know Marianne was uncomfortable around Col. Brandon in the book after the jokes made by Sir John and Mrs. Jennings, but in the 1981 version, she seems to dislike him even before the jokes are made. Heck, it's like she despises him! Other than those two things, I found this to be a very good mini series. :) I give this version a 9/10, S&S 2008 an 8/10, and S&S 1995 a 10/10.
