Missing Scenes?

I was just wondering if anyone knows about this:

I was watching some eps that I still had on VHS taped from tv back when I was a youngling, and I happened to notice a few scenes from the episode versions of Secret/Sword that were not in the "best of she-ra" dvd. Are they part of the original film, or were they only part of the tv-episode versions.

One of the scenes I had in mind is how they created the 'flying ship' that got them from the forest to Beast Island. In the Best-Of dvd, i dont recall that scene being on the dvd, they just kind of segue from the island to the team already on the ship.

Thanks! I couldnt find that on the He-Man.org site, i guess i just missed it.
Now the question is, in the Season1Vol1 of She-Ra were these episodes un-altered, or did they just take the movie and cut it, etc.

There really wasn't supposed to be a movie. When the first several episodes were made filmation realized that there was enough material for a movie. So Filmation told them to make the episodes into an opening movie. Then the animators crunched down the episodes into a full length feature film, leaving some scenes for the tv showing.
