What the hell accent is she supposed to have in this film.

there may be a boogie man or boogie men in the house:Homer Simpson.

It sound like most women from New York, probably Brooklyn.

Sounds like a New York or New Jersey accent. I'm not familiar enough with that region to be any more specific. I loved Madame Razz. My favorite character from that movie.
