The house they filmed in now belongs to my uncle. I recognized it from exterior shots and the kitchen interior. Sort of a trip to come across something like that in a movie. BTW the movie is great and C. Thomas Howell is a total hottie. Sry if this post is a little navel-gazey; that's what the Internet is for, right?

I visited LA about 6 months ago and visited some locations from 'Secret Admirer' and even took some photos. I loved walking on the street in front of the high school where the opening scene takes place - wild!
I *think* I spotted Michael's house, but I wasn't sure I had the right one. Can you give me a hint as to which area it's in?
Haha, I don't check some past threads very often. It's on S. Cochran, between Olympic and Wilshire. I had to google it, just to be sure. God, the Street View is unnerving in its detail. I found his house, my house, some places I've always wanted to visit, it's crazy. Have you heard of Gawker Stalker? That's where Google Maps gets creepy, as in "Hey, Robert Pattinson is enjoying a coffee and reading a newspaper at 77th and Park RITE NAO!!111 Go annoy the *beep* out of him!"

I dont believe the movie was filmed on S. Cochran. If you use google street view you can obviously tell S. Cochran is fairly flat. The house in the movie has a sloping yard. If you pause the movie around the 5:55 mark you can see the sloping yard of the home. Also around the 24:50 mark Dee Wallace is looking out the house window. It is very clear the house across the street has steps and is not flat like S. Cochran.
