...you're being sarcastic and you have every right to be - yet just imagine that this movie could be considered as a prophecy to the fall of the Soviet Union.

Which is totally ridiculous of course, thinking "Stallone, the visionary" - I however cannot think of some other movie that dropped such hints by 1985...

Actually at the end of the fight I thought Rocky was in unusually good shape for someone who had just been pounded incessantly for 15 rounds with punches that were lethal enough to kill Apollo Creed in only two rounds. I would have figured he'd barely be able to talk let alone stand there and make a speech about two rival countries coming together as one.
