This movie's User Rating would rise at least 1/2 a point...
If they had cut the "propaganda speech" by Rocky at the end of the film. I remember seeing this movie in the theater opening night (we lived in Jackson WY where much of it was filmed) and I loved the movie right up until there. No other movie has ever suffered from one scene more than this one, IMHO. A better ending would simply to have the crowd give both fighters a standing ovation when it ended.
