Kiss of death for Cornwallis?

I saw this movie back in my American History class in high school. I was talking to my husband about films we watched in school and I told him about this one. When I told him that Al Pacino was the star, he burst into disbelieving laughter So we came here to IMDB so I could prove it to him and lo and behold, here it was. Now he wants to buy it; not because it's good, but because he collects REALLY BAD movies. He wanted to buy The Avengers the other day and ::shakes head sadly:: well, let's just say he's a bit touched in the head, as it were.

Anyway, this film was so bad that I can't remember anything about it(as I try to block all horrifying and traumatic experiences), save the fact that the costumes were very well done and the women's hairpieces were fall-to-the-floor-and-turn-red-in-the-face-because-you-can't-breathe-because-you-are-laughing-so-hard funny.

I give it a 0.5/10, because it made my husband laugh a lot.

Yes - so bad. Al Pacino should not be allowed on screen.

Sir Henry Clinton may have stayed around in New York to be in this film or to have his way with Daisy McConnahay, leaving Lord Charles Cornwallis rot to death in the south without additional reinforcement. There goes the Continental Army winning the war, Thanks to this film.
