Tony Montana

Did Tony Montana do a time travel into the revolutionary war? I don't know, but I found Al Pacino seems to play this character the same way.

I recently watched this movie again since my first time long time ago. All I remember from the first time was that it was quite a messy movie, but strangely I enjoyed it this time despite its problems.

There was a likeness to Montana I must admit but the trailer seems to highlight all the Montana-esue characteristics, it is much more apparent in the trailer I tell you. But watch the movie once again, and you'll realize that it's not really Montana that we see, it is Pacino, he has such strong facial bearing and intensity that when he emotes, it is much more recognizable than other actors/actresses like Ledger or De Niro (not that they are mediocre actors at all), people with sharp features are more noticeable than those w/ softer features like Ledger, as such, Pacino has the advantage/disadvantage of carrying and projecting his emotions on his face quite easily, even as Michael Corleone.

Whenever I get the urge to exercise, I lie down until it passes.

I believe the appearance of Tom dobb and Tony montana are similar merley because Revolution was the next movie after Scarface that pacino stared in.

Given Pacino's interest in Shakespearean roles in some recent films, he needed to try harder in this film, especially the accent.

Its that man again!!
