So if this is supposed to be part of Conan why is valaria from Conan the barbarian the evil queen in this?

This film is not part of Conan, but appears to be because Arnie and Sandahl are in both. Sandahl Bergman plays Valaria and Gedren(the evil queen) in unrelated roles.
