If a real person entered the film and they shut the projector off...

...would it kill them? Or would they be ejected from the film and back into reality? Or would they disappear until the film was played again? And if they burned all the prints and negatives, would it effectively kill a real person or simply return them to reality?

I thought that's how the film was going to end. She'd go in but she couldn't be in the movie since she was real and it would go back to how it was. So I think a real person would die from the moment it goes to black.
