This is one of my alltime favorite movies, but I need help with a line of dialog.
At 17 minutes in, Delilah is straightening Rita's bed, talking about the pyramids. Rita says, "Come on, Delilah. Draw my bath," and Delilah say, "Yes, ma'am. Now, will you be wanting the big bubbles, or the --" What? It sounds like "asses milk". Is that right?

Pretty sure it is "ersatz milk" which was (and is) basically a non-dairy milk product, like almond milk is today. It probably would have been soy milk during the 1930s. See also 'ersatz milch'.
