All I can recall is that scene (above) and something of John Stud's scene fighting someone in what looked like a small diner

I found an old vhs WB edition and I am about to watch it now. Will let you know if this indeed was the film I was trying to remember (I hope so)

well I have good news and bad news for myself. The good being that yes this was the film I did recall with Big John Studd in some sort of small bar. The bad news is that the other part (underage porn ring) is from another cop film which will now have me searching to figure out what it was.
Over the years I seemed to have merged both of these movies together (mentally), which means I must have seen them both around the same time so it gives me at least a year to work with in trying to figure out the other film

I think that is a scene from Hollywood Vice Squad w/Carrie Fisher busting the porn ring.

Thank you! Thought it took me a year to finally see it (which was today), yes that scene/other film was indeed Hollywood vice squad. Both films must have ran the same night. Thank you for the info as it solved that mystery for me
