What are the differences between versions?

Can someone, please, list some of the scenes that are cut/added in more detail than "has/hasn't got nudity"?

In SW ep 4, the "new" versions have Han stepping on Jabba's tale. That's a definitive way to know which version of the film you're watching.

Is there any cut/added scene in Protector that can tell you instantly which version you're watching?

Jackie's version has NO nudity, which contrasts heavily with the American cut. Also, Jackie's version deletes the funeral scene for his partner who dies at the beginning of the movie. This leads to some confusion since Jackie's cut still ends with him consoling his dead partner's wife and young son, who we've never seen before in Jackie's cut.
