Yea, a lot of the humor is pretty over-the-top and these days, so much of it would probably be deemed overtly offensive (the fagg0t comment, the out of nowhere Nazi stuff with the barber, the stereotypical Japanese tourists, etc.). The thing in particular that *really* sticks out today has to be the running gag with the roofies... man, Johnny Depp's character basically is a Bill Cosby.
At least it has hot babes, pretty great nudity and a few laughs. The one thing that always gets me is where the heck did Hubey Booby get that friggin' machine gun from?! He runs outta bullets in his handgun and then pulls that sucker out of nowhere. At least you can't say that was predictable, haha.
Oh, and the *very* worst has to be the lame *beep* Jeff Spicoli ripoff character. It is one of the most blatant ripoffs in film I have probably ever seen yet without any of the humor, charm or even acting talent of the original actor!
