This is a much-overlooked gem of a film; the satire is keen, the performances are brill. It manages to be understated while containing scenes about a pig with diarrhea. If you like British humor, don't miss A Private Function (great name).
shareI love the droll humor in this overlooked film and the perfect mix of slapstick and sophisticated humor. This couldn't have been easy to film, especially for some of the pig scenes, but the cast looks like they're having a great time. I certainly did watching it. 7/10 stars.
