when proctor enters the blue oyster club a tango song starts to play. Does anybody know the name of that song or how i can find it?

I believe the song is called "El Bimbo".
The song and artist is listed in the Soundtrack listing
of both Police Academy one and three.
But I'm not entirely sure..
