Leslie Easterbrook???

does anyone know why she wasn't in the second movie, but all the rest?
It has been a long time since I seen the second movie, but she was not listed in the credits on IMDB??????????

I think it's because this film is set away from the Academy and that's why Harris wasn't here either, her character is an instructor so she wasn't needed. I guess people missed her though and put her back in the later films. Like Harris was thankfully reinstated in 4 onwards. Any more with Mouser in would have been irritating. Proctor was the man though.

I wish she had done the bcs.

I liked Mauser a lot. Saddly he broke his neck in six places in real life, falling off a ladder in 1989 and is in a wheelchair today.

reply

As one who is also, I sympathise.
Darn fine actor.

I know Art Metrano (Mauser) broke his neck, but I think he can walk. I saw him on Herman's Head in the 90's and he was standing.

reply

I don't know why she wasn't in it. Maybe because the character was back at the academy with Harris training more recruits.

I'm not sure whether the story is set away from the academy because they couldnt bring many of the cast members back at the time, or if the story was written that way first ?. Does anyone know ?.

If leslie wasn't in part 2, than who is the blond female on the dvd cover.

reply

I always assumed it was Kirkland, but I've since heard she was someone not in the film, simply put on the poster as a joke by the producers.

Callahan(Easterbrook) was an Academy instructor, so it would make no sense to have her in a Precint on the streets(same with Harris).

In Law Enforcement, the Officers who are stationed at the academy are just that, academy instructors. That is their job, period. To go back to the streets, or whatever, they would have to either put in a transfer out of the academy, or get booted out for some reason...
