Who was the actor that played the gang member who was short but big and had wide eyes?

If you're talking about the bald gang member, Mojo, that was Chris Jackson. He had bit parts in a few films, and worked with Eddie Murphy a couple of times. In later years, he was a staunch supporter and fundraiser for the Democratic Party in L.A. He was only in his early fifties when he passed away in 2013, after a short illness.
