Think you've hit the nail on the head there Bert. I like the 6th part too. I think it just gets slated as the 5th one was so atrocious. The order you have the other films in is right too. 5 and 7 are bad. Perhaps 2 is better than 3, not sure would have to watch again.

The 5th was hilarious! They are all good, the 6th was good but I didn't like nick all that much, he wasn't as prominent in the 5th though. The 2nd is far far the most serious 'cinematic' movie of the series.
Favorite scene is in the resturant. the two Lassard brothers 'Yo want stir fry'
Hahahha my friend and I always used to rewind that scene so we could watch it over and over, expecially th epart where Pete gets hit with the fish (?) and yells You STUPID Bastard!!
shareyeah i love this one, Zed was the bad guy in this and it was stupid in the third one when he became one of the good guys, that was stupid. :( The movies got dumb after Steven Guttenberg stopped being in the police academy movies. :(
