who would you say was more the villain between Mauser or Zed?

I personally consider Mauser to be more of the villain than Zed? I've found Zed to be far more likable than Mauser.

Mauser DID sort'a played cupid setting up Tac with Kirkland as partners and they fell in love and got married in the end. All Zed did was be a bully to Sweetchuck and caused havoc throughout the town trashing a supermarket, carnival, ect...

This is a silly question. Zed and his gang was the villain of this movie. Mauser was part of the police force trying to capture the gang
