One camera shot that freaked me out as a kid...

Was the doctor at the nightmare operating table pulling his mask down and showing the clown face. The smile he gave was creepy!

I thought it was something related to the evil clowns disecting the bike.

I agree completely! That whole dream sequence always gave me the creeps!

That part scared me as a kid. Other parts that scared me then were the look on the clown's face after Pee Wee's bike is stolen, and the nightmare that Pee Wee has about the dinosaurs.

That was the one scene that also creeped me out the most, especially the music that was playing during that scene!

That shot was creepy indeed, but the one that gets me to cover my eyes is when Large Marge's face bugs out.
