'OMC' versus 'A Christmas Story'
It's kind of weird - 'A Christmas Story' is the kind of movie Disney might have made, but I suppose 'One Magic Christmas' came out about the time Disney had almost become a horror studio - 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' and 'The Watcher in the Woods' had preceded this.
I love 'One Magic Christmas', but I do need a chaser of 'A Christmas Story' or 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation' to cheer me up afterwards.
