does anyone know if the club they met the countess in is a real club or just made for the movie?

It could have been a real club or possibly one that was created on a set to look real. That I could not answer. Sorry that I could not help you out any.

My late husband told me when we watched this movie together a long time ago that it is a real club and is out on Sunset in Hollywood. He grew up in Hollywood and spent most of his life there in the area so he knew most of the clubs from the past.

My girlfriend and I were talking about how great that concept is of phones on every table and being able to call other tables. I've honestly never seen something like that.
