Needs to be changed to '1985'

I just finished watching the new Blu-Ray from Umbrella Entertainment (Highly Recommended), and I noticed that the date at the end of credits read as 1985, not 1986 as stated on IMDb.

It was filmed in 1984 as in the longer cut of the film there a quick of a cinema showing Beverly Hills Cop

Beverly Hills Cop was still in the cinema in 1985, however I think you're right, it could have been filmed in 1984.

No, IMDB goes by the date of theatrical release. It was filmed, editing and copyrighted in 1985 but did not hit theaters until 1986. So 1986 is correct.

Funny because on my VHS at the end it says 1983.
