In the UK, I looked on it unsuccessfully on amazon for some time, till I found the UK title was Striking Back. They had several copies in amazon.co.uk z-shops.

I'm sure you've already found a copy, but I just wanted to bump this topic because the DVD's seem rare now. I bought a copy a while back and was looking to trade it in on Amazon just now. I've only watched it a few times, here and there, and it's not a favorite (it's okay). Anyhoo, on Amazon, they're going for a pretty penny now; for a good used copy of the DVD they were offering 9.60, which is more than I paid for it. Some sellers were selling them for $40.00+.
So, if anyone is thinking of selling their copy, might want to wait a while to do so - I'm definitely holding onto mine.

Mill Creek issued it in 2015 on a 3 pack with Storyville and another James Spader movie who's title I can't remember.
