I'm not sure what his name was but he was Asian and was a POW, he was also old and he had glasses. And in one scene he gives Braddock liquor. Does anyone know what his real name is?

The actor's name is Bennett Ohta, who plays Captain Ho. Both Braddock and Mazilli call him by the name of Captain Ho.
