Anyone else bothered by the ending? Spoiler
Mainly that Cooper goes to jail while the actual corrupt CIA head who was the one who was trying to have Richard killed gets away free. Cooper was trying to uncover proof of the CIA head's crimes but was unable to. It kind of bothers me. Cooper was fooled by the CIA head into thinking that Richard was a lackey of the CIA head but he really should not have gone to jail at the end.
