Isolated Tangerine Dream Soundtrack on Blu-Ray

I've tried playing the theatrical cut with the isolated soundtrack a couple times, and it doesn't seem to work how I expected it to. There are many moments in the film where I'm pretty sure there should be music playing, but instead there's just silence. For example, the credits do not play "Is your love strong enough?" even though that's part of the TG soundtrack and it plays when watching the film normally.

Does anyone have timestamps of when there should be music playing, and do you know why some tracks from the soundtrack seem to be absent?

I never even knew this was possible. Is this an option from the menu on some/all blu-ray dvds or are you playing back on your computer?

This is an option from the Blu-ray I have. It is the 'Ultimate Edition' Blu-ray.

Nope, I actually own the entire Tangerine Dream soundtrack. I got it offline around 2006. It's out of print now. If you look on Amazon some maniac want's $129.00 for a used copy of it.
