Robin Hood: Men in Tights

Alright, the first movie that came to mind when I realized this was a spoof was RH:MiT. KSM had a few food "spoofy" scenes like the train chain, the quicksand, but RH wins hands down. The jokes were few and far between in this movie, while RH could rely on Mel Brooks comedy genius.

I think ione of the reasons this fails is that Indiana Jones already didn't take itself too seriously (nore the never bring a knife to a gunfight scene). Whereas it's always more funny when you spoof something which actually tries to be serious like Robin Hood:Prince of Thieves.

Anyone else have any thoughts?
